The Gibraltar agency works on the human dimension of change management. They propose original workshops that focus especially on writing
Marine de Royer, a lawyer then social legal director for France Télévisions. In 2016, she founded the Gibraltar agency with Mathieu Simonet. She is also a director and writer of documentaries.
Mathieu Simonet has been a lawyer for over 20 years. He is also a writer. Since 2013, he has been working on the impact of writing on well-being. He is currently preparing a thesis on “collective literary experiences".
